Realme Neo7 confirmed to come with Dimensity 9300+ processor, appears on Geekbench | Tech Tips

Yesterday, Realme confirmed the battery capacity of the Neo7 smartphone. Now, the brand has teased more details about the upcoming offering on its Weibo handle ahead of the device’s launch in China on December 11. This include the phone’s processor and vapour cooling chamber.

The company has separated its GT and GT Neo lineup with the latter being called Neo going forward. The Realme Neo7 is already teased to be a mid-range device and will arrive as the successor to the GT Neo6. 


Realme Neo7 processor, heat dissipation system teased

  • The Realme Neo7 is confirmed to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor clocked at 3.40GHz. 
  • The chipset was announced earlier in May this year with support for on-device AI processing and LLMs. 

  • In another teaser, the brand reveals that the device will feature a large vapour chamber  measuring 7700mm2. 
  • The heat dissipation system consists of a large air cavity structure and a high-performance thermal conductive gel. 

The teasers do not reveal any additional details of the Realme Neo7. We can expect the brand to share more information in the coming days leading up to the launch event. The smartphone is already confirmed to be backed by a mammoth 7,000mAh battery unit. Previously, Realme also teased that the upcoming offering will have an IP rating above IP68 and will have a starting price of CNY 2,499 (~Rs 34,935). 

Realme Neo7 appears on Geekbench

The Realme Neo7 has been spotted (via) on the Geekbench database with model number RMX5060. It is listed with 16GB RAM and we can expect more options at launch. The device will ship with Android 15 OS out of the box. It will have a Mali-G720 Immortalis MC12 GPU onboard. The Realme Neo7 scores 1,501 and 5,399 points in the Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core test results. The smartphone had also bagged 3C certification with support for 80W charging. 


It’s unclear if and when the Realme Neo7 launches in India. The last phone in the company’s Neo lineup in the country was the Realme GT Neo 3 in 2022.
