Redmi Note 14 Pro tipped to launch with new camera design | Tech Tips

The Redmi Note 14 series launch is expected to take place soon as the Pro model has been appearing in recent leaks. The Redmi Note 14 Pro was recently spotted on the BIS certification website suggesting an India launch. The handset’s design has now leaked online giving us a good look at the back panel and a change in the camera module.

Redmi Note 14 Pro camera design leaked

  • The Redmi Note 14 Pro render shared by TechBoilers shows a redesigned camera module. The camera module now sits at the centre and not the side as seen on the Redmi Note 13 series.
  • The camera module is also slightly curved on the sides and not sharp like the previous model. The Redmi Note 14 Pro has a triple camera setup with an LED flash.
  • We can also see the power button and volume keys on the left side. The Redmi Note 14 Pro in this leaked render is sporting a black colour.
  • This design is similar to what was leaked earlier about the Redmi Note 14 Pro so the change might actually be true.

We should know soon about the Redmi Note 14 Pro as the smartphone series is expected to launch as early as September. Since the Redmi Note 13 series debuted in China last September, its successors could also arrive around the same time. Before that, let’s take a look at what has been leaked about the Redmi Note 14 series so far.

Redmi Note 14 series: what to expect

The Redmi Note 14 series is expected to feature three models including the vanilla Redmi Note 14, Redmi Note 14 Pro and Redmi Note 14 Pro. The new Redmi phones could feature a 1.5K AMOLED display, which would be an upgrade for the vanilla model as the previous one has a 1080p panel.

The Redmi Note 14 Pro could be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC, while the Pro+ model could get the MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro SoC. The Redmi Note 14 is also tipped to get a fast charging upgrade from 33W to 45W. Leaks also suggest a 5,000mAh battery for the Redmi Note 14 Pro, which is smaller than the 5,100mAh on the Redmi Note 13 Pro. The Pro models are also tipped to feature a 50MP camera.
