Amid the ongoing festive season, Google Pay has introduced a new campaign allowing users to win up to Rs 1,001 cashback. Similar to other campaigns, the initiative involves performing various transactions on the platform to collect six types of “Laddoos”. Here are the details of how one can avail cashback via Google Pay.
Google Pay Diwali cashback offer details
- As per the official site, users can win a cashback of up to Rs 1,001 – ranging from Rs 51 to Rs 1,001) by collecting at least one of all six Laddoos.
- To avail this, users must complete multiple transactions and collect at least one of each of the six Laddoos.
- They can also send or request Laddoos from family or friends using the Google Pay app.
- To qualify for the cashback, participants must collect at least one of the six Laddoos between October 21st and November 7th.
Here’s how to collect Laddoos
- Scan and pay any merchant (minimum Rs 100 using UPI)
- Recharge a mobile phone or pay a postpaid bill (minimum Rs 100 using UPI)
- Pay bill of credit card (minimum Rs 3,000 via UPI)
- Purchase a gift card from partner brands (minimum Rs 200)
Additionally, users can gift a Laddoo to a friend and receive one bonus Laddoo for each unique friend once they claim the gift via the payment app. Note that users will not receive any Laddoos for making multiple transactions to the same merchant or friend. Additionally, payment actions such as purchasing gold, buying insurance, and acquiring Amazon Pay gift cards do not qualify for Laddoo rewards.

Notably, users can track the progress by opening the Google Pay app, scrolling to the “Offers & Rewards” section, and selecting the “Laddoos!” option. Users can view the Laddoos they have collected on the screen and complete the necessary transactions to earn more. In order to claim the final reward, they will have to go to the Laddoos section, tap “Claim final reward,” and then select “Claim reward”.
