Yesterday, Xiaomi announced the Redmi Note 14 series smartphones, the Redmi Buds 6, and the Xiaomi Sound Outdoor Speaker in India. The brand also expanded its range of power banks in the country with a new model. It is called the Xiaomi Ultra Slim Power Bank and as the name suggests, it is the thinnest and lightest power bank from the company. Earlier in July this year, Xiaomi released the Pocket Power Bank in India. 

Xiaomi Ultra Slim Power Bank price in India, availability

• The Xiaomi Ultra Slim Power Bank is available at a crowdfunding price of Rs 1,799. 
• The first 1,000 units of the charging device cost Rs 1,499. 
• The crowdfunding will begin on December 13, at 12 noon on mi.com. 

The Xiaomi Ultra Slim Power Bank is incredibly compact and lightweight measuring just 10mm and weighing 93 grams. It is said to fit in your shirt pocket, wallet, or a mini-hand bag. 

Xiaomi Ultra Slim Power Bank specifications

• The Xiaomi Ultra Slim Power Bank features a single USB-C port and two-way charging with both input and output. This enables topping up your devices as well as the power bank itself through the same port. 
• It’s equipped with a 4,900mAh li-ion battery unit and is capable of outputting power at a maximum 20W speed for Android and iOS devices.
• The accessory supports multiple charging protocols like PD 3.0, PPS, QC3.5, AFC, and FCP. It is compatible with smartphones, tablets, TWS earphones, trimmers, and also PS4/PS5 controllers. 
• The power bank can be charged at 18W and it is said to take approx 1 hour and 38 minutes to top up via a 22.5W adapter. 
• Xiaomi says that the Ultra Slim Power Bank is capable of recharging the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Ultra from 20 to 100 percent in 1 hour and 10 minutes. 
• The charging accessory is equipped with 12 layers of protection including temperature control, over-voltage, short circuit, battery over-current, and more.
