Xiaomi 15 Ultra launch has been rumoured for quite sometime with the phone arriving first in China. The official announcement hasn’t been made yet but we might see the Xiaomi 15 Ultra’s global launch at MWC 2025 taking place in March. Xiaomi has already announced its MWC 2025 event, which will focus on “connected intelligence”.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra global launch leaked
- According to a Weibo post, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will launch in China at the end of February. Its global launch will take place shortly after at MWC 2025, which happens in early March in Barcelona, Spain.
- This would be the same launch pattern as the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which also made its global debut at MWC 2024.
- The exact launch date hasn’t been revealed but MWC 2025 is scheduled to take place between March 3rd and 6th.
- Xiaomi 15 Ultra was spotted on BIS so we’re expecting the phone to arrive in India soon.

There have been several leaks around the Xiaomi 15 Ultra and here’s what they say.
- Xiaomi 15 Ultra is tipped to feature a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN5 ultra-wide camera, a 50MP telephoto camera, and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens.
- It’s also said to feature a macro camera with a focusing distance of around 10cm.
- Like the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, the new model is also tipped to feature a 6.73-inch LTPO display.
- The new flagship will most likely be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. This would be an upgrade over the Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra India launch is expected to take place right after the global debut. Following its MWC 2025 debut in February, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra launched in India in March 2024 at Rs 99,999.
