It looks like the new Galaxy FE phone could drop any time now. The other day we came across the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE’s leaked pricing and this latest leak bares it all. It appears to be a promo video showing the phone’s unboxing and details like specs, design, and colours. The S24 FE is arriving as a successor to last year’s Galaxy S23 FE, with the phones being cheaper and watered-down versions of the flagship S-series.

Tipster Evan Blass has shared the Galaxy S24 FE promo video on X. The 1 minute 25-second clip starts with a mock unboxing of the phone. Besides the phone, there is a SIM ejector pin, a USB-C cable, and a Quick-Start guide.

The video then slides through the different colourways of the phone, viz., Blue, Graphite, Gray, Mint, and Yellow.

Next, we get to see the phone from different angles, revealing its vacant left side, buttons on the right side, Type-C USB port and speaker slit on the bottom. 

The back side has a vertical stack of three lenses like many other Galaxy S and A series phones. The phone has flat edges too. The frame is made of aluminium.

The front side has a central punch hole cutout and even bezels on all four sides.

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE specifications

• Cameras: The front camera is a 10MP sensor. The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide snapper, and an 8MP 3x telephoto optical zoom. The main camera is equipped with an AI-based ProVisual Engine for low-light portraits. So, while the camera hardware looks similar to the S23 FE, only this AI engine (software) seems to be what’s new.
• Processor: The nucleus of the phone is an Exynos 2400e. This could be a watered-down variant of the Exynos 2400 chip inside the flagship Galaxy S24. That ‘e’ might stand for underclocked.

• Display: The phone could have a 6.69-inch screen with FHD+ resolution, 1900 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection. That’s a bigger screen with more brightness and a better screen shield than what the S23 FE has.
• Battery: Powering the panel and the rest of the phone will be a 4,700 mAh cell. Samsung claims up to 81 hours of music playback and up to 28 hours of video playback. Compared to its precursor, that’s a slight bump in battery size.
• Miscellaneous: Among other things, you will get Galaxy AI and IP68 dust and water resistance. The phone’s Geekbench appearance has revealed One UI 6.1.1 based on Android 14.
