Following the launch of the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset recently, Vivo has announced the flagship X200 series phones in China. The series includes the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro, launching as the successor to the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro. The Vivo X200 series, the first to be powered by the Dimensity 9400 SoC, also includes the all-new Vivo X200 Pro Mini. Look at the price and complete features of these X200 series phones.

Vivo X200, Vivo X200 Pro, Vivo X200 Pro Mini prices in China

The Vivo X200 starts at CNY 4,299 for the base 12GB+256GB variant. Meanwhile, the 12GB+512GB model costs CNY 4,699. On the other hand, the 16GB+512GB variant is priced at CNY 4,999, and the 16GB+1TB comes at CNY 5,499.


The Vivo X200 Pro starts in China at CNY 5,299 for the 12GB+256GB storage, while the 16GB+512GB comes for CNY 5,999. On the other hand, the 16GB+1TB and 16GB+1TB (Satellite Edition) are priced at CNY 6,499 and CNY 6,799, respectively.

The all-new Vivo X200 Pro Mini model in three storage variants, including 12GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB, are launched for CNY 4,699, CNY 5,299, and CNY 5,799, respectively.

The Vivo X200 and X200 Pro boast Titanium, Sapphire Blue, Night Black, and White Moonlight colours. Meanwhile, the new mini variant flaunts Titanium Blue, Micro Powder (Pink), Straight Forward (White), and Simple Black colours.

  • Display: The Vivo X200 boasts a 6.67-inch display, while the Pro variant has a 6.78-inch screen. They feature a 1.5K OLED display, a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, and up to 4500 nits of peak brightness.
  • Processor: Both the vanilla and the Pro variant pack the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, which makes them the first phones to come with this chipset.
  • RAM, storage: The Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro offer up to 16GB RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
  • Rear cameras: The X200 sports a Zeiss-powered 50MP 1/1.56-inch Sony IMX921 main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto sensor. Meanwhile, the Pro variant has an OIS-enabled 50MP LYT-818 main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 200MP Zeiss APO telephoto sensor with a V3+ imaging chip.

  • RAM, storage: The Vivo X200 Pro Mini provides up to 16GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
  • Rear cameras: The X200 Pro Mini has a 50MP Sony LYT818 primary camera, a 50MP ultrawide sensor, and a 50MP periscope sensor for up to 100x digital zoom.
  • Selfie camera: Like the other phones in the series, this compact smartphone also packs a 32MP sensor for selfies and video calls.
  • Software: The smartphone will run the Origin OS 5 operating system.
  • Battery, charging: The Vivo X200 Pro Mini has a 5,700mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging support.

Vivo X200, X200 Pro: what’s new?

The Vivo X200 has a smaller display than the 6.78-inch screen on the X100. However, there is no change in the display size of the Pro variant as compared to its predecessor. Additionally, the predecessors were powered by the Dimensity 9300 chipset. However, these new phones have the upgraded Dimensity 9400 chipset.


Furthermore, there are lots of advancements in terms of cameras. While the 64MP telephoto camera is replaced with a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor on teh vanilla variant, the Pro variant now includes a 200MP Zeiss APO telephoto sensor compared to the 50MP 1/2-inch APO telephoto camera on the X100 Pro.

Vivo has also upgraded the battery capacity of the X200 series phones. The Vivo X200 has a 5,800mAh battery, and X200 Pro offers a 6,000mAh battery. To recall, the predecessors offered a 5,000mAh and a 5,400mAh battery. However, the fast charging technology has been degraded to 90W on both phones.
