Samsung resumes Galaxy Buds 3 Pro shipments after short delay following complaints | Tech Tips
The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro launched last month at the Galaxy Unpacked event in Paris. It’s the latest and most premium TWS from Samsung. However, shortly after the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro went on sale, users started complaining about several quality issues with the TWS. Samsung stopped sales of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro but it has now resumed them again.
Galaxy Buds 3 Pro shipments resume
- Samsung has started shipping the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro again, according to a report by Android Headlines. The delay seemed to have affected several markets including India, although you can purchase it here.
- After the first batch of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro went on sale, users complained about issues related to the quality of the wireless earbuds.
- Users complained about the tips of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro being very fragile and even tearing off easily. Some even said the gaps were uneven and the LED lights were misaligned. Samsung changed the design of its TWS switching to the AirPods-like stem shape.
- Samsung then acknowledged the issues and halted shipments of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. It also offered a refund to those who pre-ordered the TWS.
The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro can be purchased in India from the Samsung e-store but it isn’t available on Amazon or Flipkart yet. It’s priced at Rs 19,999 and comes in Silver and White colours. It looks like the sale will gradually increase as the Samsung US store shows August 28th for the Buds 3 Pro’s availability. The White colour variant will be available on September 20th.
The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro debuted a new design for Samsung’s TWS lineup. It’s equipped with 2-way speakers, planer tweeters, and dual amplifiers. It is also designed to restore the original voice of the speaker in various noise environments while delivering a rich call experience at the same time. The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro is said to last for up to 26 hours with ANC and up to 30 hours without the feature. You also get new Blade Lights with the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro.
