Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has been all over the news in recent times, thanks to a series of leaks and reports, which hint at us on what to expect from the flagship. The phone already secured major certifications like the FCC, 3C, BIS and others. In the latest, we have spotted the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra US Variant on the Camera FV-5 platform.

Samsung Galaxy S-series Ultra model is a top-end flagship that packs in superior hardware and premium design language, along with S Pen support.

• As spotted by 91mobiles, the Camera FV-5 listing reveals the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra’s model number SM-S938U and shows only the camera details of a single sensor.
• The same model number was earlier spotted on the FCC certification.
• The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to feature a 12.5MP camera (which should be 50MP considering pixel-binning). 

• This will have a 23.2mm focal length, f/1.7 aperture, EIS stabilisation, 4080 X 3060 image resolution, 1/11,977 – 1/6 manual exposure range, 12-3200 ISO range and supports JPEG/DNG picture format. There will be auto/manual focusing. 
• While details of other sensors are not mentioned on the Camera FV-5, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is tipped to feature a quad-camera setup, including a 200MP Samsung HP2 main camera, a 50MP Samsung JN3 ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50MP telephoto 5x lens and a 10MP telephoto 3x sensor.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to bring some notable improvements to cameras compared to the current model, the Galaxy S24 Ultra. There could be new AI features on board to further enhance the camera experience. The flagship will reportedly ship with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset in all regions. 

Not just the cameras, Samsung is also tipped to bring a 16GB RAM option for the Galaxy S25 Ultra. This will be an upgrade from 12GB on the S24 Ultra. The leaked dummy unit images showed the corners will be rounded for better grip on hands and the overall profile is said to be slightly narrow. Like the Galaxy S24 Ultra, the Galaxy S25 Ultra too will launch in India.
