Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra flagship is tipped to debut around January 2025. Rumours have been pointing towards changes to the overall dimensions and the outer design of the flagship. The phone is expected to arrive with rounded edges and a slightly thinner overall form factor compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Tipster Ice Universe has now shared the design mockup of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. This reveals the front design of the phone and the One UI 7.0 interface.
Samsung Galaxy Ultra lineup is the top-end model that will come with S Pen support, Qualcomm Snapdragon flagship-grade SoC, AI features and more. The Samsung Galaxy Ultra series takes on the iPhone Pro Max variant.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra design
- Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra mock-up with the One UI 7.0 has surfaced online and this shows a brand new control centre design.
- Firstly, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra mock-up shows rounded edges compared to the sharp corners of the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
- The phone has narrow bezels around the screen and flat edges. There is a tiny punch hole cutout in the centre for the selfie snapper
- The volume rocker and power button are present on the right edge.
One UI 7.0 mockup
Moving to the One UI 7.0 mock-up, the UI seems to be taking iOS 18-esque design language as the notification panel is separated from the control centre.
The control centre widgets have uniform rounded edges. There are shortcuts to edit the layout, power, and settings in the top right corner below the battery and network status.We see Wi-Fi and Bluetooth toggles at the top, followed by a rectangular layout with other shortcut toggles.

Below that we see the music player control. There are two square layouts, one with a brightness slider, Auto brightness shortcut and night light. Another square layout houses the sound slider, a shortcut for mute/vibration/sound and another shortcut button. There are ‘Smart View Mirror screen’ and ‘Device Control’ toggles at the bottom.
The mock-up suggests that the new UI will come with a major design overhaul. One UI 7.0 will debut in 2025 with the Samsung Galaxy S25 series.
