Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Support page

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE display, battery specs leaked | Tech Tips

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE launch seems to be inching closer as the phone’s support page went live earlier this week. Like the previous models, the ‘Fan Edition’ will be a more affordable alternative to the flagship Galaxy S24 series with a similar design and flagship-level specifications. There have been leaks around the Galaxy S24 FE on multiple occasions and now another report adds to the speculation about the phone’s specifications.

Galaxy S24 FE key specifications leaked

  • The Galaxy S24 FE is expected to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,900 nits peak brightness, Android Headlines reported. This would make it the same size as the Galaxy S24+ and a higher peak brightness than the Galaxy S24.
  • It’s also said to be powered by the Exynos 2400 SoC, the same chipset used by the Galaxy S24 and S24+ in India.
  • The Galaxy S24 FE’s triple-camera setup could include a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and an 8MP camera with 3x optical zoom. It is tipped to feature a 10MP front camera.
  • It is said to include a triple rear camera unit, comprising a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and an 8-megapixel 3x optical zoom. For selfies, there could be a 10-megapixel front camera.
  • The Galaxy S24 FE is said to house a 4,565mAh battery, which sits between the Galaxy S24 and S24+. It will reportedly offer up to 29 hours of video playback and up to 78 hours of music playback.

Based on these specifications, the Galaxy S24 FE will come with a bigger display and battery than its predecessor. The Galaxy S23 FE has a 6.4-inch display and a 4,500mAh battery.

The Galaxy S24 FE is also tipped to feature an aluminium frame and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection, the report added. It’s also tipped to launch in five colours — Blue, Green, Black, Graphite, and Yellow. The Fan Edition will also get flagship treatment with Galaxy AI features including Portrait Studio, Circle to Search, Generative Edit, Sketch to Image, and Live Translate.

As for its launch date, there’s no official information yet but we’re expecting it to take place soon. The support page has gone live suggesting that Samsung might be preparing to launch the Galaxy S24 FE.
