Samsung is all set to bring the Galaxy S25 series, including the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra, on January 22nd at the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2025. Ahead of the event, the company has announced that its Samsung Galaxy Ring will be introduced in two new sizes. Earlier, the Galaxy Ring was available in nine sizes, including 5 to 13, and will now be available in 14 and 15 sizes as well. Additionally, the brand has added new updates to the Samsung Health app. Here’s more about the new updates.

Samsung Galaxy Ring will be available in two different sizes

  • The new sizes of the Samsung Galaxy Ring will be available for purchase starting January 22nd.
  • Interested customers can order a free sizing kit from the company’s official website or visit a nearby Samsung store.
  • The health-centric ring will be offered in eleven sizes, including two new larger options and three colours – Titanium Black, Titanium Gold and Titanium Silver.
  • It will soon be available in 15 additional markets, including Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Israel, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, Vietnam, and Zambia.

The Samsung Galaxy Ring price in India starts at Rs 38,999 and can monitor health 24/7, including heart and respiratory rates. It offers sleep analysis, including snoring patterns, and an Energy Score feature to help users track the impact of their health on daily life.


The smart ring features a 10ATM and IP68 dust and water resistance rating with a Titanium Grade 5 frame for durability. The battery size ranges from 18mAh to 23.5mAh, providing up to seven days of battery life. Notably, larger ring sizes offer longer battery life.

Samsung Health app new updates

  • Samsung says the new updates to the Health app will offer more personalised health features, focusing on sleep and daily health goals.
  • With SmartThings, the app will analyse your sleep environment by monitoring factors such as temperature, humidity, air quality, and light intensity in the room.
  • In the morning, users will receive a sleep environment report with suggestions for improving their surroundings.
  • The app will provide sleep time guidance based on individual sleep patterns, habits, and conditions.
  • Additionally, the new Mindfulness tracker will help users improve mental health by tracking moods and offering breathing exercises and meditation guides.
