The Samsung Galaxy A06 has been launched in Vietnam as the successor of the Samsung Galaxy A05. It comes at a budget price and features a 6.7-inch HD+ display, the MediaTek Helio G85 and much more. Notably, the smartphone has recently appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification site, which suggests that it might be launched soon in India. Samsung Galaxy A06 price in Vietnam

In Vietnam, the Samsung Galaxy A06 has been announced for VND 3,190,000 (around Rs 10,694) for the 4GB+64GB storage variant and VND 3,790,000 (approximately Rs 12,706) for the 6GB+128GB model. It will be available from August 22nd in the country.

Samsung Galaxy A06 specifications

The all-new Samsung Galaxy A06 has been unveiled with a 6.7-inch HD+ display with a 60Hz refresh rate and is equipped with the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, which powers the predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy A05 and other phones like the Realme C65 and Tecno Spark 20. The phone packs up to 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage and operates Android 14-based One UI operating system.

In terms of sensors, the Samsung Galaxy A06 flaunts a dual camera setup, consisting of a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary sensor. It packs an 8MP selfie sensor on the front. The newly-announced Galaxy A06 houses a 5,000mAh battery and is equipped with 25W wired charging support. The phone comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS and more.


Samsung Galaxy A06: what’s new?

The all-new Samsung Galaxy A06 is very similar to the Galaxy A05 as it has retained all the key features and specifications of the predecessor, including the same display, chipset, camera and battery. Notably, the Galaxy A06 also comes with the same design language as the predecessor, which makes it difficult at first glance to determine which is which.
