Reliance Jio services appear to be affected in parts of India with users reporting issues on X. According to Down Detector, a site that tracks outages across the globe, there have been over 10,000 reports of Jio services not working in India. Reports about Jio services not working began around 11 am and have since continued.
According to the reports on Down Detector, 63 percent Jio users are complaining about not getting any signal, while 20 percent are facing mobile internet issues. Around 17 percent of the complaints are about Jio Fiber services as well.
