Redmi Watch 5 Active, Xiaomi X Pro QLED, and Smart TV X series 2024 have been launched in India. The QLED models feature advanced quantum dot technology, which promises impressive colours, and enhanced brightness for an immersive picture quality. The Redmi smartwatch is powered by HyperOS with Alexa voice support and a large 2-inch display. The Xiaomi Smart TV X series 2024 offers 4K resolution on budget.

Redmi Watch 5 Active and smart TVs prices in India

The Redmi Watch Active 5 is priced at Rs 2,799 and will be available in Black and White colours.
The sale of the smartwatch will begin on September 3rd at 12 PM via Mi.com, Amazon, Flipkart, and Xiaomi retail.
Xiaomi Smart TV X-series 2024 is priced at Rs 28,999 for the 43-inch, Rs 35,999 for the 50-inch and Rs 39,999 for the 55-inch model.
There is an ICICI and Kotak bank discount, which brings down the effective price to Rs 24,999, Rs 31,999, and Rs 35,999.
Lastly, the Xiaomi X Pro QLED costs Rs 34,999 for the 43-inch, Rs 49,999 for the 55-inch, and Rs 69,999 for the 65-inch.
There is up to Rs 7,000 instant discount when paid through ICICI and Kotak bank cards and this brings down the cost to Rs 29,999, Rs 44,999 and Rs 62,999.
The sale of the TVs will begin on August 30th via Mi.com, Amazon, Flipkart, and Xiaomi retail.

Redmi Watch 5 Active features

The Redmi Watch 5 Active will have a square LCD display that is 2-inch in size. The screen has 320 x 385 pixels resolution and Up to 500 nits brightness. It is powered by HyperOS and supports Alexa voice assistant to get things done with just voice commands. There are over 200+ cloud watch faces, with 50+ customisable. We also get Hindi language support on board.

There is support for 140+ sports modes, including outdoor activities like swimming. We get a heart rate sensor, SpO2 sensor, and Accelerometer. The smartwatch is compatible with Android 6.0 or iOS 12.0 and above and is compatible with Strava and Apple Health App. The Redmi Watch 5 Active is IPX8 rated.

Redmi Watch 5 Active supports Bluetooth calling through the connected phone and this will offer crystal-clear voice calls through the ‘clear+ calling’ function thanks to three microphones with ENC enabled. The smartwatch packs a 470mAh battery and is claimed to last up to 18 days on a single charge.

The Xiaomi Smart TV X-series 2024 is offered in three display sizes: 43-inch, 50-inch, and 55-inch and these feature a 4K display with motion smoothening technology. There is Dolby Vision support, Vivid Picture Engine 2, 1B colours, and HDR10 DCI-P3 94 percent colour gamut. The new models offer a premium metal finish with ultra-slim bezels. The TVs are powered by Google TV OS with a Patchwall user interface and have Google Assistant support on board.

The TVs are equipped with 30W speakers supported by Dolby Audio and DTX. The X series is powered by Quad Core processor and there’s 2GB RAM and 8GB storage on board. The bundled remote control ships with Netflix, Dinsey+Hotstar, Prime Video, SonyLiv and all apps shortcut buttons. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3X HDMI 2.1, Bluetooth 5.0, auto low latency mode, and Chromecast.

The Xiaomi X Pro QLED series is offered in three sizes again: 43, 55, and 65-inch sizes and all of them have a 4K screen resolution. There’s Dolby Vision, QLED screen panel, Vivid Picture Engine 2, motion smoothening technology, and DCI-P3 94 percent colour gamut. The TVs come with a premium metallic aluminium frame and an all-screen design. There is Dolby Audio and DTS VirtualX with 30W speakers.

The TVs run on Google TV OS with Patchwall UI and Google Assistant for voice commands. Like the TV X series, the QLED models also have a remote control with Netflix, Disney+Hotstar, Prime Video, SonyLiv and all apps shortcut buttons. There is 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage and the TVs are powered by the Quad-core Cortex A55 processor.

Ports on board include HDMI, 2X USB 2.0, ethernet, AV, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an antenna port. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Bluetooth 5.0, auto low latency mode, and Chromecast.
