Redmi Turbo 4 launched earlier this month and the company seems to be working on launching the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro soon. If the former has a MediaTek chip, the Pro model could ship with a Snapdragon 8s Elite according to the tip from a reliable source. The phone could also feature a massive battery. There have been a few reports in line with these rumours. The phone is also said to launch as POCO F7 globally. Let’s check out all the details here:

Redmi Turbo 4 Pro specifications (tipped)

• As per tipster Digital Chat Station (DCS) on Weibo, the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro will be powered by Snapdragon 8s Elite (model number S8735). He claimed the other day that Redmi will be one of the first brands to bring the Snapdragon chip to the market. Snapdragon 8s Elite could come with a 3.21GHz max frequency and Adreno 825 GPU. It is comparable to the MediaTek Dimensituy 8400 Ultra (up to 3.2GHz clock speed) inside the vanilla Turbo 4.

• He adds the phone will sport a 7,000+ mAh battery. Previously, the tipster had said this could be a 7,500mAh cell with a 90W charging support. The Turbo 4 only has a 6,550mAh battery.
• On the top, there could be a straight 1.5K resolution display.
• On the back, you could get a glass body. The glasses on the front and back could be held together by a metallic frame. DCS says this phone could popularise high-quality CMF (Colour Material and Finish) in the mid-range segment.

Redmi Turbo 4 Pro launch timeline (expected)

Redmi Turbo 4 Pro could launch in April 2025 since the Turbo 3 had launched around that time last year. There was no Pro model in the Turbo 3 series.

Globally, the Turbo 4 Pro is expected to launch as POCO F7 outside China. The Turbo 3 was POCO F6 internationally. Meanwhile, the Turbo 4 (vanilla) could launch as POCO X7 Pro in the global markets.
