The Redmi A3x recently made its debut in the global market in June this year. It’s a budget offering from the company in its A-series phones. Redmi has now brought the device to the Indian smartphone market with the same design and hardware configuration under the hood. Redmi A3x price in India, availability
- The Redmi A3x comes in two storage options: 3GB RAM with 64GB storage and 4GB RAM and 128GB storage.
- The 3GB/64GB model costs Rs 6,999 and the 4GB/128GB variant retails for Rs 7,999 in India.

The Redmi A3x flaunts a 6.71-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ (1650×720) resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. At the heart of the device is a Unisoc T603 chipset paired with Mali G57 MP1 GPU. It ships with up to 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB eMMC 5.1 internal storage, expandable up to 1TB via a dedicated microSDXC slot.
Powering the device is a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W charging. The Redmi A3x has a dual rear camera setup, housing an 8MP primary sensor and a QVGA (0.08MP) auxiliary lens. At the front, it features a 5MP snapper for selfies and video calls. The Redmi A3x runs on Android 14-based MIUI out of the box and will get two years of major OS releases and three years of security patches.
For security, it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and an AI face unlock feature. Other Redmi A3x features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 4G VoLTE, and GPS.

The Redmi A3x comes as a mid-life upgrade over the standard Redmi A3, which is already available in India. Both phones feature the same 6.71-inch HD+ display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
The Redmi A3 has the MediaTek Helio G36 SoC, whereas the Redmi A3x draws power from a more powerful Unisoc T603 chipset. Both phones run Android 14 out of the box and have the same 5000mAh battery with 10W charging capability. The camera system is also the same, with 8MP + QVGA dual shooters on the back and a 5MP selfie shooter at the front.
