Realme RMX5020 appears on multiple certification sites, could be Realme 14x 4G | Tech Tips

A mysterious Realme phone has surfaced on USA’s FCC certification. It has also been spotted on the TUV Rheinland and NBD websites. The listings reveal key specifications of the device. We also get a look at the upcoming phone’s design through the FCC database, and it seems to be the 4G version of the Realme 14x that debuted last month. The certifications also hint at the smartphone’s imminent launch. 

Unknown Realme phone bags multiple certifications

• The folks at MySmartPrice have spotted that the upcoming Realme phone is listed on the FCC, TUV Rheinland, and NBD websites with the model number RMX5020. 
• As per the FCC listing, the smartphone looks similar to the Realme 14x. It has a rectangular camera island on the back panel and is seen in a Blue colour option. 
• The device is confirmed to be a 4G-only smartphone with support for fifteen 4G bands out of which nine are enabled. 
• It could also come with dual-band WiFi and NFC connectivity. 
• The Realme RMX5020 is said to measure 165.69 x 76.22 x 7.9mm in terms of dimensions.

• The same certification also reveals that the smartphone will be backed by a 5,180mAh battery unit. As per the TUV Rheinland listing, the device will support 45W fast charging. 
• Software-wise, it could ship with Realme UI 6.0 likely based on the latest Android 15 out of the box. 
• Meanwhile, the NBD certification of the Realme RMX5020 mentions the upcoming phone could feature a 6.67-inch display. 
• The certified device packs 6GB RAM and 128GB storage onboard storage. There could be other variants too.

It’s worth noting that the Realme RMX5020’s moniker has not been confirmed. It is expected to be a budget smartphone.

To recall, the Realme 14x features a 120Hz display, a 50MP dual camera, Dimensity 6300 SoC, and a 6,000mAh battery unit starting at Rs 14,999.
