Realme Neo 7 officially launched in China as the first model in the brand’s new Neo series. The main highlight of the phone is its large 7,000mAh Titan battery, which is claimed to offer three days of backup. The handset is equipped with an IP68 + IP69 rating for water and dust resistance, crystal armour glass protection, and an armoured anti-fall structure. The Realme Neo 7 comes with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset and 80W fast charging.

Realme Neo 7 price in China

• The Realme Neo 7 price in China starts at CNY 2,199 (around Rs 25,700) for the base model.
• The company is offering a limited-time CNY 100 discount on the 12GB/256GB model.
• The handset can be pre-ordered in China from the Realme website and the shipping will start from December 16th.
• The Realme phone comes in Starship, Meteorite Black, and Snorkeling Purple colours.

• Display: The Realme Neo 7 sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T LTPO OLED Pro-XDR display with 2780 X 1264 pixels resolution, 1-120Hz refresh rate, 1600nit HBM (high brightness mode), 6000nits HDR brightness, 360Hz instant touch sampling rate,2600Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and Crystal Armor Glass protection.
• Processor: Powering the phone is the MediaTek Dimenity 9300+ chipset coupled with Immortalis-G720 GPU for graphics.

What’s new on the Realme Neo 7?

While the Realme Neo 7 is the first model in the exclusive Neo series, it is a follow-up/replacement to the Realme GT Neo 6 from earlier this year. The new model gets the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset compared to the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. While the rear cameras remain unchanged, the front camera is downgraded from a 32MP on the GT Neo 6 to a 16MP on the Neo 7.

However, the IP65 rating is upgraded to a superior IP68 + IP69 water and dust resistance rating. We also get a large VC heatsink this time for better thermal management. Perhaps the biggest upgrade on the Neo7 is the largest 7000mAh battery compared to the 5500mAh cell on the GT Neo 6. The fast charging speed is now 80W compared to 120W.
