The Realme Neo 7 smartphone debuted in China earlier this month. Now, the brand is gearing up to launch a limited edition variant of the smartphone. It is called the Realme Neo 7: The Bad Guys Limited Edition. The device is set to arrive later this week and the company has revealed some key details of the upcoming offering. It will come with several customisations including design, UI, and bundled goodies. 

Realme Neo 7: The Bad Guys Limited Edition design revealed

  • The Realme Neo 7: The Bad Guys Limited Edition is confirmed to launch on January 3.
  • It will come in a ‘Sword Soul Silver‘ colour option. The inspiration for this shade is taken from the Longquan sword. 
  • The regular version is already available in Starship, Meteorite Black, and Snorkeling Purple hues.
  • The smartphone’s back panel features micro-engraved texture of Tian Anxing (if you’re unaware, it resembles samurai).


  • There is a Bu Liang Rem emblem on the right side just slightly below the camera island. 
  • Since this is is a limited edition device, it will come with a customised theme including icons, dynamic wallpapers, animations, and more. 
  • Additionally, the Realme Neo 7: The Bad Guys Limited Edition will ship with a customised ‘Treasure Box’ comprising of themed goodies. This makes it a treat for collector’s of fans of Bu Liang Ren. 
  • The smartphone is already up for reservations in China. Interested customers who pre-book are eligible for gifts worth CNY 1,390, interest-free installments, exchange offer on old phone etc. 

Apart from the design, the Realme Neo 7: The Bad Guys Limited Edition is expected to retain the same core specifications of the regular variant. To recap, the Realme Neo 7 is backed by a mammoth 7,000mAh battery unit and is powered by a Dimensity 9300+ SoC coupled with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. There is a 1.5K OLED LTPO display with 120Hz refresh rate and 6,000 nits peak brightness. The device has a 50MP and 8MP rear camera. Other features on the phone include 80W charging, IP68+IP69 rating, and a heat dissipation system.

It’s unclear if and when the Realme Neo 7 will launch in India. The smartphone starts at CNY 2,199 (~Rs 25,700) in China.
