Realme Neo 7 design and colour options officially revealed ahead of launch | Tech Tips
Realme has been dropping teasers about its upcoming Neo 7 smartphone that is set to launch in China next week. It will be the first device in the Neo lineup after the brand separated the GT from the Neo moniker. The smartphone appeared on TENAA with key specifications and also giving us a look at the device. Now, Realme has shared a new teaser on its Weibo handle confirming the Neo 7’s design.
Realme Neo 7 design confirmed
- The Realme Neo 7 is confirmed to come in three colour options i.e. Submarine Blue, Meteorite Black, and a Starship Edition that has Silver shade.
- The back panel has a rectangular camera module that cuts off from the right side.
- The design seems similar to the ASUS ROG Phone 9 and its predecessor.
- The camera island houses two sensors and an LED flash unit.
- There is also HyperImage+ text that is found on the recently unveiled Realme GT 7 Pro (review). It offers various AI features for sharp detailed images.
- The back panel on the Realme Neo 7 also features geometric shapes with diagonal stripes.
- However, these design elements are not present on the Black colour option.
- The smartphone has a flat frame with the power and volume rocker buttons located on the right side.
- The front of the device has a centre-aligned punch-hole cutout.
- The overall design of the upcoming offering is said to offer a stable and calm ‘starship space’ aesthetics.
The Realme Neo 7 is already confirmed to be equipped with a Dimensity 9300+ that supports on-device AI and LLM. It will have a large VC system for heat dissipation. The device is also confirmed to draw its power from a massive 7,000mAh battery unit. It is teased to have an above IP68 certification. As per TENAA, the Neo7 is expected to come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution. It will reportedly be 8.5mm thin and weigh 213.4 grams.
It remains to be seen if the Realme Neo 7 will make its way to the Indian market.
