POCO X7 global launch could be nearing as the phone has started appearing online. It was recently spotted on NBTC certification, confirming the marketing name. The handset arrives as a successor to the POCO X6. Days later, the POCO X6 successor has now appeared on the Geekbench platform. The listing reveals some key specifications of the phone and the benchmark scores.

POCO X-series is the brand’s mid-range lineup that offers value-for-money hardware and designs. The POCO X6 series launched in India at a starting price of Rs 21,999.

POCO X7 benchmark scores revealed

• As spotted by 91mobiles, the Geekbench listing shows the model number 24095PCADG. This is the same model number that appeared on the NBTC platform earlier.
• The phone has managed to score 1029 in the single-core round and 2901 in the multi-core round.

• For comparison, the POCO X6 in our review scored 1025 in the single-core and 2951 in the multi-core segments.
• The listing shows the phone will boot Android 14 OS and pack 11.17GB (12GB) RAM. There could be other options at launch.
• While the chipset name is not mentioned, the motherboard section mentions ‘malachite’. The processor will have four cores clocked at 2GHz and four cores clocked at 2.50GHz.

While that’s everything we know from the Geekbench listing, an earlier report suggested the POCO X7 will have the same camera setup as the Redmi Note 14 Pro China variant. This means the handset may feature a 50MP IMX882 main camera with OIS, an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP OV02B10 macro camera. We might see a 20MP shooter on the front for selfies.

There are chances the other specifications could also remain the same. If so, the POCO X7 may ship with MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra chipset, a 5,500mAh battery with 45W fast, and flaunt a 6.67-inch 120Hz FHD+ 1.5K AMOLED display similar to Redmi Note 14 Pro China model. Besides the vanilla POCO X7, there could also be a POCO X7 Pro as well and this will reportedly launch as the first Xiaomi device with HyperOS 2.0 in India.

As for the launch timeline, the POCO X6 series landed in India in January this year. There are chances the successors could also debut around the same time.
