  • The POCO F7 Pro and F7 Ultra are said to be rebrands of the Redmi K80 and K80 Pro for global markets.

The mid-premium POCO F7 series has been making headlines for the past few weeks. The lineup may include the vanilla POCO F7, F7 Pro and F7 Ultra and these will arrive as a follow-up to the POCO F6 models. We have spotted the phones on multiple certifications in recent times. In the latest development, the POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra have secured the Indonesia Telecom and the listing reveals some key details.

POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra Indonesia Telecom

  • As spotted by MySmartPrice, the Indonesia Telecom listing mentions the model numbers 24117RK2CG and 24122RKC7G. The ‘G’ at the end could be referring to global.
POCO F7 Pro Indonesia
  • The listing confirms the marketing names: POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra. The brand name mentioned is Xiaomi Technology Indonesia.

While that’s everything that is revealed from the Indonesia Telecom listing at the moment, it does hint the launch of the flagships in Indonesia could be nearing.

POCO F7 Pro and F7 Pro Ultra: what do we know so far?

The POCO F7 Pro was recently spotted on the TDRA and IMDA certification with the same model number 24117RK2CG. The latter revealed support for 5G, Bluetooth, NFC, and Wi-Fi connectivity options. The phone also appeared on the FCC, which revealed the 5830mAh rated battery, HyperOS 2.0, and 90W fast charging support. Connectivity options may include 5G NR, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.4.

On the other hand. the POCO F7 Ultra has bagged the FCC certification and also appeared on the IMDA platform. The FCC listing revealed the phone would come in three configurations: 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 512GB. It is expected to boot Android 15-based HyperOS 2 custom skin. Connectivity options mentioned include 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth BR/EDR/LE, NFC, and Wi-Fi 7.

The POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra are rumoured to be rebrands of the recently launched Redmi K80 and Redmi K80 Pro. If true, the Pro variant might come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, while the Ultra could ship with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. In comparison, the vanilla POCO F6 came with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, while the Pro variant came with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

As for the India launch, considering only the POCO F6 debuted in the country last year and not the Pro variant, there are chances the company might follow the same tradition for the successor as well. This means the POCO F7 Pro and F7 Ultra may not debut in India unless there are any changes in plans.
