In order to get free warranty services and system upgrades, users will have to bring their smartphone, purchase receipt, and warranty card to any local authorised service centre in India and the GCC countries, which include the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait, starting October 31st.
Here are a few things to note:

- The company mentioned that repair services for devices with expired warranties or those not covered will be available for a fee.
- Meanwhile, damaged parts, including the mainboard, screen, and battery, can be replaced at prices set by local service centres.
- OPPO advises users to back up their data before any upgrade, as system updates may result in data loss.
- According to the smartphone brand, the warranty period begins when the user activates the e-warranty card.
- The company also noted that all service-related charges will determined by the local policies of the service centre.
According to the smartphone company, it has achieved the top position in customer satisfaction for after-sales service, with 62 percent of customers rating their in-store experience as ‘very satisfactory.’ The study was conducted by Counterpoint Research and included over 2,000 customers from different smartphone brands.
