While we know that the OnePlus 13 and the OnePlus 13R are expected to go official globally, a new leak hints that they will be accompanied by the OnePlus Watch 3. OnePlus Watch 3 global launch tipped
Tipster Yogesh Brar on X posted that the OnePlus Watch 3 is scheduled to be introduced soon in the global markets along with the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R. The tipster provided no other details regarding the smartwatch or other products.
It is worth mentioning that a few months back, a reliable tipster stated that the launch of the OnePlus Watch 3 had been postponed but did not reveal the exact launch timeline or the reason behind it.
OnePlus Watch 3: what to expect?
- The yet-to-be-launched OnePlus Watch 3 is expected to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 SoC, the same chipset used on the OnePlus Watch 2.
- It might come with a 500mAh battery, similar to the predecessor, which is touted to offer up to 100 hours of battery life.
- Notably, the smartwatch was spotted on BIS by 91mobiles, which indicates that it will also be available in India.
- This listing also suggested that the OnePlus Watch 3 will be similar to the OnePlus Watch 2, launched in February, because of the similarity in the model number.
To recall, the OnePlus Watch 2 is priced at Rs 24,999 and features a 1.43-inch AMOLED 60Hz round display with 1000 nits of peak brightness. It packs a 5ATM+IP68 water resistance rating and MIL-STD-810H durability standards.
The smartwatch includes sensors like optical heart rate, optical pulse oximeter, barometer sensors, and more. It offers over 100 sports modes for physical activity, including running, walking, and cycling.
