OnePlus is launching its flagship OnePlus 13 series today in India and other global markets. We will get the top-end OnePlus 13 and a slightly toned-down OnePlus 13R at this OnePlus Winter Launch event. The 13 has already debuted in China last October and the 13R appears to be a rebadged OnePlus Ace 5, which is again a phone available in China. And through official and unofficial sources, we know about both of their key specifications and likely price ranges. A day before the release, the OnePlus 13 India box price has also been tipped. So, let’s first check out how to livestream the event and then get to everything else.

OnePlus 13, 13R India launch live stream: how to watch

• You can watch the OnePlus 13 and 13R launch event live on OnePlus India’s YouTube channel. 
• The event starts on January 7th at 9:00 PM (IST).
• Besides the two phones, OnePlus is also launching a Sapphire Blue variant of the OnePlus Buds Pro 3. 

OnePlus 13, 13R price in India (expected)

As per tipster Abhishek Yadav, the OnePlus 13 India box price is Rs 70,999 for the 12+256GB model. And since the actual price is generally lower, the sale price could be around Rs 64,999.

Another tipster named Yogesh Brar has pegged the price between Rs 67,000 and Rs 70,000. Let’s see who gets it right.

The OnePlus 12, meanwhile, had launched in India at Rs 64,999 for the same memory configuration.

As for the 13R, the price could be below Rs 45,000 in India since the OnePlus 12R was priced at Rs 39,999 for the 8+128GB memory (base variant) and the 13R has 2x the storage. The 13R is expected to come in a solo variant.

Both phones will be available via Amazon India. 

OnePlus 13, 13R specifications (expected)

• Processor: OnePlus 13 will run on Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC while the 13R will run on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
• Display: The 13 could bring a 6.8-inch 2K 8T LTPO micro-curved panel while the 13R could sport a 6.78-inch flat display panel with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz 8T LTPO technology.
• Cameras: The OnePlus 13 rear cameras could include a 50MP primary, a 50MP ultrawide snapper, and a 50MP 3x periscope zoom lens. The OnePlus 13R could feature a 50MP + 50MP (telephoto) + 8MP (ultrawide) rear camera setup. On the front, the 13 could have a 32MP sensor while the 13R could have a 16MP shooter.
• Battery: Both phones could bag a 6,000mAh cell with 100W charging on the 13 and 80W charging on the 13R.
• Software: OnePlus will ship these phones with Android 15 based OxygenOS 15 with AI-based Intelligent Search and photography editing tools.
