NVIDIA DLSS 3 support has been announced for some exciting gaming titles launching on PC. This week’s lineup includes day-one support for popular PlayStation 5 titles launching on PC, such as God of War: Ragnarök and Final Fantasy XVI. PC gamers can also look forward to DLSS3 support with games like Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster and Enotria: The Last Song. Here’s a quick rundown of what to expect:

What is DLSS 3?

NVIDIA’s DLSS technology, or Deep Learning Super Sampling, is a performance enhancer, and the latest version, DLSS 3, is designed for RTX 40 series GPUs. It combines three key technologies: Super Resolution, Reflex, and Frame Generation. Super Resolution upscales lower resolution images to higher ones, Reflex reduces in-game latency, and Frame Generation adds extra frames for smoother gameplay. Games with DLSS3 support provide a noticeably smoother experience on compatible GPUs, making it a key feature for enhancing high-end gaming.

  • Final Fantasy XVI: The game launched yesterday (September 17th) and came with day-one support for DLSS 3, including Super Resolution, Frame Generation, DLAA (Deep Learning Anti-Aliasing), and Reflex. With a GeForce RTX 40 series GPU in your PC or laptop, you’ll be able to enjoy the best gaming experience for this particular title. The new GeForce Game Ready 561.09 WHQL driver is now available for download, just in time for the release and should help smooth out any performance issues for the game port.

  • God of War: Ragnarök: This immensely popular PS5 title will launch on PC tomorrow, September 19th. With a GeForce RTX GPU or laptop, you can activate DLSS 3 with Frame Generation, Super Resolution, and Reflex. DLSS 3 allows RTX 40 series desktop GPUs to run the game in 4K with max settings, reaching nearly 200 FPS, thanks to a 2x average performance boost.
  • Dead Rising Deluxe Remastered: Also launching on September 19th, the game takes you back to Willamette, Colorado, where you explore a quarantined town as journalist Frank West. Powered by Capcom’s RE ENGINE and with DLSS 3 support on GeForce RTX GPUs, you’ll experience higher frame rates with Super Resolution and Frame Generation. Plus, NVIDIA Reflex adds extra responsiveness, making zombie-slaying smoother than ever.
