JBL Endurance Race 2 and Wave Beam 2 TWS earbuds design revealed via NCC certification | Tech Tips

JBL seems to be readying two new TWS earbuds for customers across the globe. These are dubbed the JBL Wave Beam 2 and the JBL Endurance Race 2. With context to that, the earbuds have now secured the NCC (National Certification Corporation) certification, spotted by 91mobiles. This is a significant development considering the listing shows off the complete design of the JBL Wave Beam 2 and the JBL Endurance Race 2.

Two new JBL earbuds coming soon

JBL Endurance Race 2

• The JBL Endurance Race 2 has a very typical design compared to the standard earbuds we usually see as they have a slightly bigger outer portion for an earbud.
• These do not have a stem-like design, instead, they sit flush in the ear.
• We see JBL branding on the top portion of the earbud. On the flip side, the earbuds have angled tips for comfortable placement in the ear and we also see charging attachments beside the ear tip.

• There is an ‘R’ (right) and ‘L’ (left) indication on each earbud.
• The accompanying charging case looks to open from the top and the earbuds sit flush on top. There is JBL branding on the lid of the case.
• The charging case has a USB type-C port and we also see ‘JBL Endurance Race 2’ branding engraved as well.
• The NCC images also show the orange-coloured USB type-A to type-C cable, which should be a part of the box package.

JBL Wave Beam 2

• The JBL Wave Beam 2 are again your usual earbuds, with angled in-ear style design and a stem, that should have touch controls.
• The bottom portion of the earbuds has charging connectors to magnetically attach when placed in the charging case.

• The outer side of the earbuds has JBL branding and there might be a tiny LED indicator as well. The earbuds may also have a microphone.
• The JBL Wave Beam 2 should be available in white, black, and blue colour options. 
• The bundled charging case has a usual oval-shaped boxy design and there is again JBL branding on the front. There is ‘L’ and ‘R’ branding on opening the carry case.
• The carry case charges via a type-C port and the cable is the same as the one seen with the JBL Endurance Race 2′.

The JBL Wave Beam 2 and the JBL Endurance Race 2 NCC listing don’t reveal any hardware details of the earbuds at the moment.
