iQOO’s Neo lineup is typically more affordable than the numbered series (like the iQOO 13). A few days ago, the iQOO Neo 10 series launched in China and now we are learning that a new device named iQOO Neo 10R could launch in India soon. An R-branded phone would be a first for iQOO and the tipster has shared the memory variants the phone will be available in.

As per tipster Abhishek Yadav on X, iQOO could launch a new Neo series with the R suffix. The first phone from this lineup could be christened iQOO Neo 10R and it could launch in India soon.

The tipster claims the iQOO Neo 10R could come in the following memory configurations:
- 8+128GB
- 8+256GB
- 12+256GB
We don’t have any other details about the iQOO Neo 10R yet. What we know though is iQOO has in the past repackaged and rebadged the same phone under a different name in India and China, as it did with releasing Neo 9 (China) as Neo 9 Pro in India. So, perhaps one of the iQOO Neo 10 series phones could arrive as the Neo 10R in India.
If so, here are the specs and pricing details of the iQOO Neo 10 and iQOO Neo 10 Pro that are available in China:
iQOO Neo 10, Neo 10 Pro specifications (China)
- Display: Both phones have a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with 2800×1260 resolution, HDR10+ support, 144Hz refresh rate, and up to 4500 nits peak brightness. This phone is brighter than the iQOO Neo 9 Pro.
- Software: You get the latest Android 15-based OriginOS 5. In global markets including India, the skin could be FuntouchOS 15.
- Cameras: The regular Neo 10 has a 50MP+8MP duo, and the Pro model has a 50MP+50MP dual rear camera setup. The Neo 10’s setup is similar to the Neo 9 Pro and so the Neo 10 Pro clearly has the upgrade.
- Battery: Both phones have a 6,100mAh cell with 120W wired charging support. The battery size sees a bump from the 5,160mAh battery inside the iQOO Neo 9 Pro.
- Processor: The Neo 10 runs on a 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, and the Neo 10 Pro has a 3nm Dimensity 9400 SoC inside. Meanwhile, the Neo 9 Pro has a 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 under the hood. The smaller nanometer means more performance per watt, and the new chips are faster.
- Others: The newcomers have Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi-Fi 7 while the Neo 9 Pro has Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi 7. So again, you are getting a more updated setup. The Neo 10 series also have a more reliable ultrasonic fingerprint reader while the Neo 9 has an optical reader only.
