The iQOO Neo 9 Pro is one of the best-performing, and gaming phones in India under Rs 50,000. It’s a popular pick for a performance-focused phone. The iQOO Neo 9 series launched in December last year and it would be succeeded by the iQOO Neo 10 series later this year. A new leak now reveals key details of the iQOO Neo 10 and iQOO Neo 10 Pro.

iQOO Neo 10 series key specs leaked

  • Like the previous models, the iQOO Neo 10 series will be offered as flagship alternatives. According to a Weibo post by Digital Chat Station, the iQOO Neo 10 series will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipsets.
  • This suggests that the vanilla iQOO Neo 10 will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, while the Pro model gets the Dimensity 9400 SoC.
  • The iQOO Neo 10 series is also tipped to feature a metal middle frame, which would be a change as the Neo 9 series comes with a plastic frame. It’s also said that the iQOO neo 10 phones might feature a 1.5K flat display with ultra-narrow bezels and enhanced eye protection.
  • The new iQOO Neo phones are also tipped to come with 100W fast charging support and a battery capacity above 6,000mAh. Fast charging will most likely be more than 100W as the Neo 9 series offers 120W.
  • DCS’s post also hints at the iQOO 13 launching after the Neo 10 series as the former will launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset.

As for the iQOO Neo 10 series launch, there’s no official announcement yet but it’s expected to take place towards the end of this year. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro is exclusive to China but the iQOO Neo 9 launched under the ‘Pro’ moniker in India. iQOO might follow the same pattern this time for the Neo 10 series.

In China, the iQOO Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro offer a similar set of specifications with differences in the chipset and camera departments. The vanilla iQOO Neo 9 has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 under its hood, while the Pro model uses the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC. Both phones offer a 50MP main camera but the Pro model gets a better 50MP ultra-wide camera over the Neo 9’s 8MP lens.
