Garmin has launched five new next-generation luxury smartwatches under the MARQ brand that are oriented towards active and engaging lifestyles. The second-generation Garmin MARQ Athlete, MARQ Adventurer, MARQ Golfer, MARQ Captain, and MARQ Aviator are purpose-built with Grade-5 titanium and a domed sapphire lens over the dial. Each individual watch, however, has been customised to suit a specific use case and is differentiated by the choice of materials and built-in watch functions.

The second generation Garmin MARQ smartwatch lineup consists of the Garmin MARQ Athlete, MARQ Adventurer, MARQ Golfer, MARQ Captain, and MARQ Aviator and carries the following price tags:

The Garmin MARQ (Gen 2) luxury smartwatches have been manufactured using high-end Grade-5 titanium and a domed sapphire lens over the dial. The display duties are tackled by an AMOLED touchscreen and are powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery with a battery backup of up to 16 days in smartwatch mode and up to 42 hours in GPS mode. The lineup gets features like Jet Lag Adviser, which helps the user reduce the effects of jet lag, and health observation features like heart rate, respiration and stress tracking, advanced
sleep insights, Body-Battery energy monitoring.
The five models in the MARQ (Gen 2) luxury smartwatch range are differentiated by the material on offer and some functional customisations. The Garmin MARQ (Gen 2) Athlete brushed DLC-coated bezel along with a lightweight vented silicone rubber strap for a secure fit. The smartwatch offers advanced training features like PacePro which helps users track various kinds of sports and fitness data. The Garmin MARQ (Gen 2) Adventurer gets a leather design and durable FKM rubber hybrid strap and also has cardinal directions and 360-degree markings for the adventurous kind.
The Garmin MARQ (Gen 2) Golfer gets a course-inspired colour scheme, green ceramic inlay, custom etched bezel, and tritone green jacquard-weave nylon strap that symbolises its golf-oriented ambitions. It comes preloaded with over 42,000 worldwide golf courses and gets auto-detect functionality and get golfing-specific features like Virtual Caddie, Hazard View, Wind Data, and PinPointer and includes three Approach CT10 golf club sensors for automatic club tracking.
The Garmin MARQ (Gen 2) Captain gets a navy ceramic bezel with a regatta timer and race-inspired striped jacquard weave nylon strap. It supports tracking for water activities such as kayaking, standup paddleboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing and kiteboarding. The Garmin MARQ (Gen 2) Aviator features a brushed titanium bracelet, swept-wing links and a locking clasp, plus a ceramic 24-hour GMT bezel. It gets a special feature that allows users to navigate to a location or waypoint in the worldwide aeronautical database. Pilots can also use it to set their comfortable limits and use the smartwatch to analyse minimum crosswind and flight conditions.
