- It features a 10-core architecture and has three Cortex-X925 cores at 2.59GHz, five Cortex-A725 cores at 2.25GHz, and two Cortex-A520 cores at 1.75GHz.
- Notably, the GPU of the in-house Exynos chipset, based on AMD Radeon technology, also sees improvements with two extra cores running at 1.3GHz.
However, it is worth noting that the listing was for an Exynos Reference Design (ERD), suggesting that this benchmark is from a reference design, not a real device, so it does not confirm that the upcoming Exynos 2500 will be equipped in the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 series.
