91mobiles exclusively brings the Redmi 14C 4G launch timeline, RAM/storage variants and colour options details, in association with tipster Sudhanshu. This could be the next budget offering from the house Redmi and will arrive as a successor to the Redmi 13C. The handset was spotted on the IMEI database back in July. Redmi 14C launch timeline

Sudhanshu tells us the Redmi 14C 4G will be launching in global markets by the end of this month. This means we can expect the teaser images to come our way in the next few days.

Redmi 14C 4G RAM and storage options

Redmi 14C 4G will be available in two models: 4GB + 128GB and 4GB + 256GB storage options. The handset will be available in Black and Blue colour options.

Redmi 14C: what do we know so far?

The Redmi 14C 4G was spotted on the GSMA IMEI database back in July and this confirmed the marketing name of the phone and the model number 2409BRN2CL. Reports suggested the phone would come with NFC support on board but the Indian variant might not support this.

The 4G version could be powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 SoC, based on the information obtained from the HyperOS source code. However, there are chances this could be wrong considering the Redmi 13C 4G came with a better Helio G85 chipset on board. The handset might get the Helio G91 Ultra SoC but can’t be said for certain yet.  The phone is likely to boot Android 14-based HyperOS 1.0 custom skin out of the box. However, it could be one of the first to receive HyperOS 2.0 update as well.

Besides the 4G version, Redmi 14C 5G was also spotted on the IMEI database with multiple model numbers: 2411DRN47G, 2411DRN47R, 2411DRN47I and 2411DRN47C. All this means that Redmi is gearing up to announce the Redmi 14C and its variants in multiple markets outside of China in the coming days.
