Alleged iPhone 17 series back panel leaks with redesigned Pixel-like camera module | Tech Tips

Apple has reportedly started its work for the next flagship series, believed to be the iPhone 17. Besides the usual vanilla, Pro and Pro Max variants, we are hearing reports of a new iPhone 17 Slim/Air that could arrive with a slim design. Recently leaks have claimed that Apple may introduce a new camera visor design that looks similar to Google Pixel phones. Now, a new alleged back panel image corroborates with earlier leaks.

• Going into details, the iPhone 17 alleged back panel image has leaked online, courtesy of tipster Majin Blu. 
• This matches the earlier leaked concept renders and also the alleged frame image. These showed a Google Pixel-like horizontal layout aligned towards the top edge of the back panel. 
• The new back panel image shows a large visor but there appears to be a single camera cutout and another tiny hole, possibly for the LED flash.

• The iPhone 17 Slim/Air is expected to feature a single 48MP camera sensor on the back. While there are chance we could be looking at the said model, it can’t be said for certain at the moment.
• It could also be the rumoured iPhone SE 4, which is also expected to have a single rear camera but Majin notes that his source said that it would be a part of the iPhone 17 series. 
• Besides the new camera module design, the image shows the phone in grey colour and it seems to have rounded edges.
• Since the launch of the iPhone 17 series is at least eight months away, we suggest you take the leak with a pinch of salt for now.

If this design becomes a reality, it will be a major shift from the square-ish camera module that we are used to seeing since the iPhone 11 Pro series. The new design resembles the Google Pixel series, which also has a protruding horizontal camera layout.
