- The ECG feature will be available directly on the smartwatch. Per one screenshot, the connected smartphone must have 4GB and 1GB or above RAM and storage respectively. The device must be running Android 9+ and have a display resolution of 1,600 x 720 pixels.
- The upcoming smartwatch is also going to come with wrist temperature sensor. Users will need to set this up by wearing the device to sleep for five days and having one sleep session of more than four hours.
- The OnePlus Watch 3 will also gain another feature called 60-second checkup. It will scan more three major health risks i.e. heart health, blood vessel elasticity, and sleep snoring by using seven health indicators.

Meanwhile, an APK teardown of the OHealth app also revealed that there would be a OnePlus Watch 3 Pro. It has a model number OPWWE251. However, the standard variant is also listed in the same code with the same model number. This was also spotted on the FCC certification. Furthermore, the evidence also mentions about the OPPO Watch X2 and X2 Pro with model numbers OWWE251.
