• In comparison, the S24 Ultra is also available in the same storage models but with just 12GB RAM for all.
• This means the South Korean giant is finally increasing the RAM for its top-end variants, while the base version looks to be sticking to the 12GB RAM like the predecessor.

• This corroborates a leak in September from tipster Ice Universe, who also said the S25 Ultra will have a 16GB RAM version.
• This should finally put the Samsung top-end flagship in line with Google and OnePlus flagships which already offer a 16GB RAM option.

The alleged dummy unit images that leaked recently suggested design changes like rounded corners, concentric rings around the rear cameras, and a slightly narrower profile.

• Display: The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is tipped to get a 6.86-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Galaxy S24 Ultra featured a 6.80-inch screen.
• Processor: It could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset in all regions.
• Cameras: There could be a 200MP HP2 main sensor, a 50MP ISOCELL JN3 ultra-wide sensor, a 10MP 3x telephoto camera and a 50MP 5x telephoto sensor.
• The predecessor featured a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 10MP telephoto lens for 3x zoom and a 50MP periscope lens for 5x zoom.
