Xiaomi Pad 7, Pad 7 Pro, Smart Band 9 Pro and Watch S4 launched in China: price, specs | Tech Tips

At the Xiaomi 15 series launch event in China, the brand also unveiled new tablets and wearables. The lineup includes the Xiaomi Pad 7, Pad 7 Pro, Smart Band 9 Pro, and Watch S4. These are Xiaomi’s latest premium tablets, smartband, and smartwatch. For now, these products are available only in China but Xiaomi is expected to launch them in global markets soon. 

Xiaomi Pad 7 series, Smart Band 9 Pro, and Watch S4 prices, availability

• The Xiaomi Pad 7 has a starting price of CNY 1,999 (Rs 23,540 approx) for the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. It comes in a total of three variants.
• Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro is available in four variants with a starting price of CNY 2,499 (Rs 29,430 approx). 
• Both tablets come in Black, Green and Sky Blue colours.
• The Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro comes in a TPU wristband variant priced at CNY 399 (Rs 4,695 approx), and a leather wristband variant that costs CNY 449 (Rs 5,285 approx).
• The Xiaomi Watch S4 is also available in two variants with the eSIM model starting at CNY 1,199 (Rs 11,370 approx), and the Bluetooth model starting at CNY 999 (Rs 9,090 approx). 

Xiaomi Pad 7, Pad 7 Pro specifications, features

• Display: The Xiaomi Pad 7 series features an 11.2-inch LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10, and Dolby Vision. 
• Processor: The Xiaomi Pad 7 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor, while the Pro model gets the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. 
• Cameras: The vanilla Xiaomi Pad 7 has a 13MP camera with an 8MP front camera. The Pro model has a 50MP rear camera and a 32MP front camera. 
• Software: Both tablets run the newly launched HyperOS 2 out of the box. 
• Battery, charging: It’s the same 8,850mAh battery on both tablets but the Xiaomi Pad 7 has 45W fast charging, while the Pro variant offers 67W fast charging support. 
• Other features: With the two tablets, you get a USB Type-C port, Dolby Atmos, quad speakers, four microphones, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4.

Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro features, specifications

• The Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro features a 1.74-inch 2.5D curved AMOLED display with up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness and over 100 Watch faces. It also has an aluminium alloy middle frame.
• The fitness band’s health features include continuous heart rate tracking, bloody oxygen saturation monitoring, 24/7 sleep tracking, and female health tracking.
• It has over 150 sports modes along with professional running and swimming analysis. 
• The Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro has a 350mAh battery with up to 21 days of battery life on regular use and up to 10 days with AOD. 
• The fitness band has 5ATM water resistance, smart NFC, and Bluetooth 5.4. You also get reminders, alerts, Xiaomi assistant, and call alerts with the Band Smart 9 Pro. 

Xiaomi Watch S4 features, specifications

• Xiaomi Watch S4 has a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with up to 2200 nits peak brightness, and 256 levels of adaptive brightness.
• It can monitor your heart rate, blood oxygen saturation levels, and sleep along with daily activity tracking, women’s health tracking, and stress monitoring. 
• You also get breath training, fall detection, over 150 sports modes, and 5ATM water resistance with the Watch S4. 
• The Xiaomi Watch S4 runs HyperOS 2 out of the box. 
• It packs a 486mAh battery with up to 7 days of battery life and 3 days with heavy  usage on the LTE model. The Bluetooth version can get up to 15 days with typical usage, and 5 days with AOD.
