In the latest, some iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max users are reporting that their units are suddenly freezing and restarting for no real reason.

Either way, customers who are reporting the issue were able to get replacement devices by claiming a warranty. But there appear to be cases where the issue was still present even on the replacement units.
Some users are reporting that factory resetting the phone without restoring your backup helped resolve things. This could suggest that the bug was caused during the restoration of iCloud backups. Though this setup process might look tedious, it can eliminate the frustration of regular reboots. Apple is yet to respond/acknowledge the issue publicly.
