Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 series has debuted. Samsung announced the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S10+ without much pomp and show. The tabs are AI-ready and ship with several smart features in One UI 6.1 software. MediaTek Dimensity 9300+, a flagship processor, powers both tablets. The tablets have a few more similarities between them but there are obvious distinctions too. Let’s learn their specs and availability details below.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ Ultra specifications, features
- Display: Both have a Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with 120Hz refresh rate, 16:10 aspect ratio, HDR10+ support, and advanced anti-reflective technology. The Ultra model has a bigger 14.6-inch panel with an 1848 x 2960 pixels resolution and 239 PPI density. The Plus model has a 12.4-inch screen with a 1752 x 2800 pixels resolution and 266 PPI density.
- Software: Both models are running on Android 14-based One UI 6.1 with a 4-year update promise. Some of the notable software features are Galaxy AI-powered Note Assist (Handwriting Help, summary, translation), Drawing Assist (Sketch to Image), Gemini AI, Bixby AI, Circle to Search, and a 3D Map View of smart connected devices in your home. The Book Cover Keyboard for these Samsung tablets has a dedicated button to trigger Galaxy AI dubbed Galaxy AI Key.
- S-Pen: You can quickly access Galaxy AI features using Air Command and use goodies like Handwriting Help. You can easily control the cameras too.
- Processor: As mentioned already, both tabs have Dimensity 9300+ under the hood. Samsung highlights the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra gets a more than 18 percent rise in CPU power, a 28 percent rise in GPU power and a 14 percent rise in NPU than the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
- Memory: In India, Tab S10 Plus will be available in a 12GB+ 256 combination while the Ultra comes in a 12GB+ 256/512GB configuration. There is dedicated microSD storage expansion support.
- Battery: The Tab S10 Ultra has the same 11,200mAh battery and 45W fast charging as the predecessor. Likewise, the Tab S10+ has a similar setup as the Tab S9+, viz., a 10,090mAh cell and 45W charging support.
- Cameras: Samsung has carried over the same 13MP+8MP (ultrawide) camera couple to the Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra. On the front, the Ultra model has a 12MP (main)+ 12MP ultrawide. The Plus model has a single 12MP shooter.
- Miscellaneous: You also get an under-display fingerprint reader, quad stereo speakers, USB-C 3.2, Wi-Fi (v7 on Ultra and v6e on Plus), 5G (mmWave only on Ultra), Bluetooth 5.3, IP68 rating, and Samsung DeX support.

Tab S10 series is an iterative upgrade with a more powerful processor. Although their prices are not out, purely based on specs, both Tab S10 Ultra and Tab S10+ are unlike anything on the Android side. However, in the Windows and Apple world, there are rivals with more robust software like the Microsoft Surface Pro (11th Edition) and iPad Pro 13 (2024).
