Nothing Ear Open India pricing details were revealed today at the launch event. It’s the latest TWS from Nothing and the first with an open-ear design. Unlike the Nothing Ear and Ear (a), the Ear Open has a more dated design like the old Bluetooth headsets. It still incorporates the Nothing signature style with its transparent look. The Nothing Ear Open has been launched in several markets including India.

Nothing Ear Open: what’s new
Nothing Ear Open is a first of its kind for the brand at least. It has the familiar transparent design like the other Nothing TWS products. However, this one comes with a flap that fits just behind your ear for support. It also has an open-ear design like the Nothing Ear Stick. This also means there’s no ANC support on the Nothing Ear Open. However, Nothing says the Ear Open has a Sound Seal System and directional speakers so only you can hear the music.

- The Nothing Ear Open is equipped with a 14.2mm driver in each earbud and you get a bass boost as well.
- In terms of battery life, you should get up to eight hours on a single charge. With the charging case, the Nothing Ear Open is said to last for up to 30 hours. For calling you get six hours and 24 hours with the case.
- Each earbud has a 64mAh battery, while the charging case has a 635mAh battery. There’s an LED charging status indicator on the case.
- For connectivity, you get Bluetooth 5.3 and dual connection support so you can pair it with two devices at the same time. It also supports Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair.
- The Nothing Ear Open also comes with AI-powered Clear Voice tech for calls. You also get a Low Lag Mode ensuring latency of less than 120 ms, which should be good for gaming, and ChatGPT support built-in.
- The Nothing Ear Open has an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.
