Amid the shrinking user base, telecom operator Vodafone Idea (Vi) has slashed the validity period of two popular prepaid recharge plans, priced at Rs 479 and Rs 666. It looks like the company has adjusted its prepaid offerings following the July 2024 tariff hikes.

Notably, both the recharge plans offer limited data. However, the Rs 666 prepaid plan offers Vi Hero benefits, which offers some additional benefits. Vodafone Idea Rs 479, Rs 666 prepaid plans new validity details

  • The Vodafone Idea Rs 479 prepaid plan offered 56 days validity earlier. However, after the adjustment, it now offers 48 days validity, indicating a reduction of eight days.
  • The Vodafone Idea Rs 479 prepaid recharge plan offers 1 GB of data per day, 100 SMS per day, and unlimited voice calling.
  • On the other hand, the Rs 666 prepaid plan will now come with a validity of 64 days instead of 77 days, which used to be the case before.
  • The Rs 666 prepaid plan offers 1.5GB of data daily, 100 SMS per day, and unlimited voice calling.
  • Additionally, as part of Vi Hero benefits, users will get features like Binge All Night, Weekend data rollover, and Data Delight with this plan.
