Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has taken all the limelight in recent weeks, even though there will be two other models in the company’s upcoming flagship S-series lineup: the vanilla Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus. Shifting the focus from the Ultra and the vanilla model’s renders, we now have the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus CAD-based design renders. In all fairness, the design of the phone looks familiar. Design isn’t the only thing that is not changing, the battery capacity of the phone is reportedly also similar.

Samsung Galaxy S25+ design leaked

• The Samsung Galaxy S25+ renders, as shared by Android Headlines in association with OnLeaks, are based on CADs.
• From the front, we see a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout, flat edges and narrow bezels, much like the Galaxy S24+.
• The phone has a boxy frame with rounded edges similar to how the Galaxy S25 Ultra is believed to arrive. The volume rocker and power buttons are present on the right.

• The USB Type-C port and speaker vent are present at the bottom. There is no sight of the SIM tray but it will still be there, just that it is not present in the CADs.
• Flipping the phone to the back, you see triple camera sensors placed individually and an LED flash. The camera rings look identical to the Galaxy Z Fold 6.
• The colour options of the phone are not revealed in this report.

Besides the design, the Samsung Galaxy S25+ battery capacity details have been revealed, courtesy of GalaxyClub. As per the report, the phone is tipped to have a rated capacity of 4,755 but this should be promoted as 4,900mAh. This is much like the Galaxy S24+. For what it’s worth, the Galaxy S25 will also continue to have a 4,000mAh cell, while the Galaxy S25 Ultra could get a 5,000mAh battery like the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Despite having the same battery capacity, there are reports that Samsung will introduce a new Battery AI feature, which will use AI to extend the battery life by up to 10 percent. So even if the battery capacities remain unchanged, Samsung might rely on AI to extend the battery.
