After launching the Infinix Hot 50 5G in India last week, the company looks to be working on a 4G version, dubbed the Infinix Hot 40 4G. A new report reveals details about the Infinix Hot 50 4G, including its renders and specifications. The handset will be placed as an alternative to the Infinix Hot 50 5G.

Design
- Starting with the design, the renders suggest the Infinix Hot 50 4G will look a lot similar to the 5G version.
- We see a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper, flat edges and narrow bezels, except for a sizeable chin below the screen.
- Flipping to the back, you see a rectangular module to house triple camera sensors, which have a square shape. There is an LED flash and Infinix branding as well.
- The volume rocker and power button are present on the right spine. The phone has a boxy chassis with rounded edges.
- The renders show the phone in black, green, and gold/beige colours.
Specifications
The report also sheds light on the hardware specifications of the phone.
- Display: The Infinix Hot 50 4G sports a 6.78-inch IPS display offering a 120Hz refresh rate.
- Processor: The phone could be powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 processor, which is fairly new. For context, the 5G model ships with Dimensity 6300.
- Battery: The Infinix model could pack a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
- OS: The phone is likely to boot Android 14-based XOS 14 custom skin out of the box.
- Cameras: The Infinix Hot 50 4G features triple cameras on the back, headlined by a 50MP primary camera sensor but details regarding the other sensors are unknown at the moment.
The Infinix Hot 50 4G India launch date and price details are yet to be revealed but we can expect an announcement coming out shortly. To recall, the Infinix Hot 50 5G launched at Rs 9,999 for the base model. We expect the 4G variant to be slightly cheaper.
