Redmi Smart Fire TV 4K launching in India on September 16th | Tech Tips

Xiaomi India announced the Redmi Smart Fire TV 4K will be launched in the country on September 16th. The TV will be available in two models: 43-inch and 55-inch. To that extent, there is also a dedicated microsite on the Xiaomi official website, revealing some key details. This comes after the brand unveiled the Redmi Smart Fire TV 2024 in 32-inch size back in June. 

New Redmi Smart Fire TVs are launching on Monday

• The Redmi Smart Fire TV 4K, as said, will be available in two sizes: 43 and 55-inch. Both will have a 4K picture resolution.
• The 55-inch 4K TV is the largest in the Redmi Fire TV OS lineup as there is only a 43-inch 4K model, which debuted in February this year.
• The dedicated microsite confirms the TVs will feature a metal bezel-less design, which should offer a premium look and an immersive experience while watching content.

• The Redmi Smart Fire TV 4K panels will get HDR support and MEMC reality flow to slow down fast-paced action. 
• As the name suggests the TVs will come with Fire TV OS built-in for seamless streaming experience.
• That’s pretty much everything that is revealed from the microsite but since the launch is just a few days away, more hardware should be revealed then.

Redmi Fire TVs are usually quite affordable considering the current 43-inch 4K model is selling at Rs 25,999. We expect the upcoming models will also be placed in a similar range. The inclusion of Fire TV OS elevates the whole user experience while streaming content through OTT apps. We get Alexa voice assistant for hands-free navigation through various settings, apps and more.
