Realme 13+ 5G: what we know so far

Recently, the Realme 13+ 5G Chinese variant has been spotted on the TENAA certification. This variant has the model number RMX5002. The listing revealed it would come with a 6.67-inch FHD+ display with 2400 X 1080 pixels resolution and the panel used could be AMOLED. The Realme 12+ also has the same screen size. The phone may feature an in-display fingerprint sensor similar to the Realme 12+.

While the chipset details are not revealed it has a clock speed of 2.5GHz. In comparison, the predecessor came with the MediaTek Dimensity 7050. The TENAA listing shows the phone will have 6GB, 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB RAM options and 128GB, 2565GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage models. The Realme phone could boot Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 custom skin.

The Realme 13+ could house a 4880mAh battery but this could be promoted as 5,000mAh at launch. We might see 45W fast charging support compared to 67W on the Realme 12+. The phone could weigh 185 grams.

As revealed by the TENAA images, the Realme 13+ will also have a circular camera module similar to the other models in the lineup. We might see a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary lens. Meanwhile, the Realme 12+ came with a 50MP + 8MP + 2MP triple camera layout. This means the successor is seeing a downgrade in the camera department, that is if the TENAA listing pans out. There could be a 16MP sensor on the front for selfies similar to the Realme 12+.
