- Display: The TENAA listing reveals that the Motorola S50 will boast a 6.36-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 1200 x 2670 pixels resolution.
- Chipset: As per TENAA, the upcoming Motorola smartphone will be equipped with a 2.5GHz octa-core chipset, which is likely the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. This is similar to what we are expecting for the Edge 50 Neo.
- RAM, storage: The Motorola S40 will likely pack 8GB, 10GB, 12GB, and 16GB RAM variants, and 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB internal storage variants.
